Introducing the client: For a few years Stella had been providing hair braiding services to her friends and family but she felt now was the right time for her to start this as an official business and increase her income from providing these services.

The journey: Stella engaged my help through my 'Side Hustle Package'.  We started with a discover consultation to explore her ambitions for this business.  From there I helped her to work out what her services would be, to register the business with the HMRC and get a business bank account.  We also provided her with a marketing strategy, set up her social media and spent a lot of time talking about what sort of things she could post.  Stella wasn't terribly confident at using social media so we took her through it step by step and continue to support her on this.

Design Work:  I designed Stella's Logo for her and her Business Cards.  

The launch: Once we had established a menu of services that she would be offering and set all that up on social media we were ready to launch the company in September 2021.  She made a strong start with some immediate enquiries, there's still a lot of work to do in coaching her and supporting her with her social media work.
